Your Content: • You retain all rights to photos you upload • You grant us a license to process, store, and display your photos to provide our services • You represent that you have all necessary rights to the photos you upload Our Content: • All AI-generated transformations created using our service belong to you • Our app, technology, and branding remain our intellectual property • You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our technology
You agree NOT to: • Upload photos containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content • Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others • Upload photos of people without their consent • Use the service for any commercial purpose without permission • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise our systems • Create fake accounts or impersonate others • Upload photos containing minors without parental consent • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Credits and Subscriptions: • Prices are subject to change with notice • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy • Unused credits do not expire but are non-transferable Cancellation: • You can cancel your subscription anytime • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period • No refunds for partial billing periods

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swappi shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account • Third-party content or services Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
